Job summary

Arden White is recruiting experienced Composite Laminators for a leading Formula 1 team based in Enstone. You will manufacture high-quality carbon fibre components using pre-preg materials, working to tight tolerances in a fast-paced environment.

The contract role involves night shifts at Enstone, with a term until the end of 2026. You will read engineering drawings, lay up carbon fibre, and participate in autoclave preparation alongside engineers and team leaders to meet demanding deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a laminator within F1, motorsport, aerospace, or high-end composites.
• Strong understanding of composite materials and laminating techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Flexible approach to working shifts (days, nights, and/or weekends).
• Strong team ethic with the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Role Overview
