Composite Technician F1 - Weekend Day Shift

This amazing long-term/ongoing contract role for an experienced Composite Technician (both composite laminators and composite trimmers/fitters) is a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise and skills with a world leading F1 business in Oxfordshire.

You will be a key member within the team and the person that secures this position will be crucial to the success of this dynamic company on its F1 projects and 2026 winter car build project. The role is based 100% on site in Oxfordshire.

Duration: Ongoing contract (Inside IR35) (possibility of temp to perm position further down the line, based on performance and attitude)
Pay Rates: Estimated take home after tax etc £850-1000 per week (based on shift and experience)
Extra Hours: Additional shifts available upon manager’s discretion

Role Overview

As a Composite Technician, you’ll use your expertise to:

Support the construction of the 2026 Formula 1 car.
Work on high-performance composite components for one of the sport's leading teams.
Collaborate with a dedicated team in a fast-paced, exciting environment.
Therefor we need you to ideally have:Strong F1 composite experience (laminators or trimmers/fitters)
Or at least 5 years experience in other high level composite motorsport roles.
