Rolls-Royce is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for Composite Assembly in Bristol. You will develop and deliver assembly processes for composite components, working with Design, Quality and Operations to ensure safe, on-time and cost-effective production.

The role focuses on bonding, tooling design and process maturity, with exposure to the UltraFan programme and cross-site collaboration. A UK national security clearance may be required.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering or related manufacturing discipline.
• Experience in aerospace or high-precision composite assembly preferred.
• Knowledge of composite processes, bonding and tooling design required.

Mansioni

• Deliver assembly processes for composite components from fan blades to structures.
• Ensure techniques meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Lead time requirements.
• Develop Equipment Specifications, TI’s, PFMEAs and HSE documentation.
