Job summary

Yusen Logistics seeks a Compliance Supervisor to manage daily activities at the Northampton GP2 site (NN4 5FB). You will support safe, compliant and high-performing warehouse operations and work Monday–Friday 9am–5pm with a salary of £33,287.05 per year.

You will handle site admin, audits, KPI reporting and continuous process improvements, collaborating with management, maintenance, and health & safety teams to ensure legislative compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proven administration experience in logistics or similar environment.
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience conducting quality assessments and analytical evaluations would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO13485, ISO28000, ISO45001, ISO14001 is desirable (but not essential).
  • Good communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and professional approach.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update all site notice boards including shadow boards and first aid boards.
  • Participate in site management meetings.
  • Management of site Sign in app and training database.
  • Ensure all statutory checks are completed (call point testing / fire exit checks / spill kit / fire extinguishers, etc).
  • Prepare accurate KPI reports for management.
  • Continuously look to improve processes and procedures to drive efficiency and improvement in operations and compliance.

Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Compliance Supervisor to help manage the daily activities of our Northampton GP2 site (NN4 5FB).

The successful candidate will be eager to learn and get stuck into all areas of the warehouse operation to help drive a safe, compliant and high performing working environment.

The working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. The role will offer a salary of £33,287.05 per annum.

Key Responsibilities

What You Will Bring To The Role
