Job summary

Vortex Companies, LLC is seeking a highly organised Compliance Administrator to join our expanding operations team in the South of the UK. You will manage compliance records, support ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 frameworks, and coordinate training and audits to ensure regulatory and client requirements are met.

You will work with the Compliance Manager and site teams to maintain documentation, support supplier portals, and assist with PQQs and tender packs, contributing to safe, compliant project

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administrative, compliance, quality, health & safety, or support roles.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document control systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update compliance records and management system documents.
• Assist with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 documentation and audits.
• Coordinate collection and filing of certificates, training, and CCTV/qualifications.
