Vortex, a specialist CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) rehabilitation contractor, is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our growing operations team, supporting projects across the South of the UK.
This is an important support role within the business. Working from our office, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance records, coordinating documentation, supporting audits and accreditations, and ensuring that company systems remain up to date and compliant with internal, client, and regulatory requirements.
Working closely with the Compliance Manager, operations teams, engineers, and site personnel, you will help ensure the efficient administration of health & safety, quality, environmental, and operational compliance processes across the business.
This position is based in our office and involves regular communication with site teams, clients, accreditation bodies, and suppliers to maintain accurate records and support the smooth delivery of compliance activities.
