Job summary

Vector Recruitment Solutions Ltd on behalf of our client, a growing specialist contractor delivering utilities projects across the South of England, is seeking a Compliance Administrator.

In this role you will work closely with the Compliance Manager and operations teams to maintain health & safety, quality and environmental compliance, manage records and document control, and support audits and ISO management systems. The position is permanent and full-time in Battle.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Compliance/Quality/HSEQ admin or similar role.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience maintaining records, databases and document control systems.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and ability to work with colleagues and external parties.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance records, document control systems and management databases.
• Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Coordinate training records, competency matrices and renewal processes.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
• Manage client and supplier compliance portals.
• Assist with PQQs, tender submissions and accreditation documentation.
• Produce compliance reports, KPI data and management information.
• Support the ongoing development of company policies, procedures and compliance processes.
