Job summary

Selwood Housing is seeking a Compliance Project Surveyor (Level 3) to manage safety-critical compliance programmes across our housing portfolio. You will oversee fire safety, water hygiene, lift safety and other non-M&E disciplines, ensuring projects progress from planning to completion with strong governance.

You will lead programmes, monitor contractor performance and drive continuous improvement while supporting policy development and building safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience of compliance management within a social housing environment.
• Experience managing compliance contracts and projects through to completion.
• Proven budget management and contractor performance management capabilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and support policy development.

Responsibilities

• Manage compliance contracts and projects across the housing portfolio.
• Oversee programmes from planning through to delivery, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Drive high standards of compliance performance and risk management.
• Support fire risk assessment programmes and related improvement works.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, contractors and customers.
