Niyaa People seeks a Compliance Technical Surveyor for a Derby-based, fixed-term role to oversee contractor performance and carry out fire and legionella risk assessments across public sector properties. The appointment supports quality, safety and compliance with a strong focus on delivering high-standard works.

You will have 3+ years in social housing, NEBOSH Fire or IOSH, and an HNC/HND, with knowledge of the Big 6 in property compliance.
