Job summary

Selwood Housing is seeking a Compliance Project Surveyor (Level 3) to manage safety‑critical compliance programmes across our housing portfolio, with emphasis on fire safety, water hygiene, lift and lifting equipment safety, and other non‑M&E disciplines.

You will oversee programmes from planning to delivery, ensuring works are completed safely and in line with legislation, collaborating with colleagues, contractors and stakeholders to raise compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or HND in Construction, Building Surveying or related field.
• Proven experience in compliance management within social housing.
• Budget management, procurement and delivering projects end‑to‑end.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Manage compliance contracts and projects across our housing portfolio.
• Focus on fire safety, water hygiene, lift and lifting equipment safety, and non‑M&E compliance.
• Plan, deliver and monitor works to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Drive performance, manage risk, and oversee fire risk assessment programmes.
