Safe2Drive is a UK-based compliance and technology business specialising in driver licence checking and fleet risk management. We seek a Compliance Administrator to support onboarding and operational delivery within a structured compliance team.

You will organise compliance records, validate data, and help maintain clear processes. Strong attention to detail, Excel fluency, and experience with regulated data are essential for success in a small, focused team.

Qualifications

• Organised, accurate and capable of managing records with care.
• Clear written communication and ability to follow up on outstanding details.
• Experience in structured or regulated environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with quality assurance checks and team coordination is useful.

Responsibilities

• Manage structured onboarding processes for new fleet clients.
• Validate and upload driver and client data with accuracy.
• Ensure data integrity prior to system activation.
• Produce reports and maintain compliance documentation.
• Support ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials aligned processes.
