The Sovini Group is seeking a diligent Safety Support role to assist the Building and Fire Safety Officer in ensuring compliance with building and fire safety legislation across residential properties.

You will support resident engagement and communication on safety matters, oversee projects to meet quality standards, and carry out planned and reactive inspections to maintain safe, compliant, and well-maintained properties.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out planned inspections to maintain safety and compliance across properties.
• Perform reactive inspections as needed and report findings to the Building and Fire Safety Officer.
• Support delivery of safety projects and monitor quality controls.
• Promote safe practices and communicate safety information to residents and staff.

• Assist the Building and Fire Safety Officer in ensuring compliance with all relevant building and fire safety legislation across residential properties. Support resident engagement and communication on safety matters, oversee building and fire safety projects to ensure quality standards are met, and carry out planned and reactive inspections to maintain safe, compliant, and well-maintained.

• Competitive salary - £31,574.31
• Hours - 36 per week (Monday-Friday).
