Job summary

The Sovini Group is seeking a Building Safety and Compliance professional to support the delivery of a safe, compliant and well-managed housing portfolio. You will provide expert advice on building and fire safety, undertake inspections and audits, oversee safety-related projects and ensure compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements.

Job description

• Support the delivery of a safe, compliant and well-managed housing portfolio. Working closely with the Building Safety and Compliance Manager, you will provide expert advice on building and fire safety, undertake inspections and audits, oversee safety-related projects, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
• You will also play a key role in resident engagement, risk management and continuous improvement, helping to maintain the highest standards of safety across our properties.

• Competitive salary - £43,309.67
• Hours - 36 per week (Monday-Friday).
