An established industry player is seeking a motivated Compliance Coordinator to support Quality, Compliance, and EHS activities at its Ware manufacturing site. This role involves providing comprehensive compliance support, assisting with metric reporting, and maintaining business systems to ensure ongoing compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in a compliance role, preferably in a GMP environment, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Working closely with the Compliance Manager for the Engineering function at the GSK Ware manufacturing site, the Compliance Coordinator is responsible for supporting activities related to Quality, Compliance, and EHS. You will ensure the highest standards of compliance are maintained and provide support to the Management team and the wider Central Engineering Department.
This role suits a motivated individual with experience in a Compliance role, preferably within an EFM or GMP environment. A growth mindset focused on continuous improvement and standardization is essential. Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, communication, planning, and organizational abilities are required.
The site features a new oral solid dose facility, producing over 60 million inhalers annually, and processes APIs for internal and external use. It fosters collaboration among scientists, technicians, and engineers using advanced technologies.
