Role Overview
We are looking for an Engineering & Compliance Lead based across Europe for an internationally focused UK organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engineering and compliance services across multiple European countries, ensuring high standards and consistency.
- Manage direct reports including HSSE Manager, Quality Manager, Quality Data Analyst, and Reliability Engineer.
- Develop and maintain asset management systems, including asset registers and PPM schedules, aligned with client and statutory requirements.
- Ensure all properties meet contract requirements, including fire risk assessments, water management, asbestos registers, and derogations.
- Lead health and safety initiatives, including Safe Systems of Work and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, staff, and residents, to ensure effective service delivery.
- Undertake additional duties as required by the contract or change control processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Qualified mechanical or electrical engineer or equivalent experience.
- Proven expertise in asset and maintenance management.
- Based in France (Paris) or Belgium (Brussels) with the ability to travel as needed.
- Security clearance or ability to obtain it.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in a senior engineering role with a strategic mindset.
Desirable Attributes
- Chartered Engineer.
- Authorised Engineer or Authorised Person accreditation.
