Responsibilities

• Deliver clear, accurate guidance to first line teams on FCA Handbook requirements.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to embed compliance.
• Help identify regulatory risks and recommend suitable controls.
• Support the development and maintenance of compliance policies.
• Provide advice on regulatory risk events.
• Contribute to enhancing compliance processes.
• Support compliance training initiatives and act as a contact for queries.
• Provide insight into compliance on change initiatives.
