Monzo is seeking a Compliance Advisory Manager to join our 2LoD within Risk and Compliance. You will advise across the Wealth Collective, Growth & Marketing, and MonzOS, initially leading on Investments and Pensions squads.

The role emphasizes pragmatic, collaborative compliance support aligned with Monzo’s mission. This position requires strong knowledge of FCA COBS rules and hands-on advisory experience, with excellent communication and a hands-on approach to ensure compliant-by-design

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of FCA COBS rules and associated regulations.
• Hands-on experience providing compliance advisory services.
• Ability to work across Wealth, Growth & Marketing, and MonzOS collectives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for compliance advice for the Wealth Collective.
• Provide clear, proactive compliance guidance on COBS, PROD, SDR, CASS and Consumer Duty.
• Review customer journeys and communications to ensure good outcomes.
• Advise Marketing and Financial Promotion teams on promotions rules.
• Overseeing regulatory breaches and incidents as part of the team.
• Learn about wider Collectives to expand knowledge over time.
