Qualifications

• Previous experience in risk and compliance roles within UK general insurance.
• Expert knowledge of FCA rules including SM&CR, PRIN, ICOBS, SYSC, Consumer Duty, DISP.
• Strong experience in compliance advisory and enterprise risk management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert regulatory advice across business operations.
• Conduct horizon scanning and regulatory updates.
• Support regulatory alignment in projects and product development.
• Respond to compliance queries and distributor issues.
• Interpret and implement regulatory changes.
• Provide oversight of sales channels and customer-facing materials.
