Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of insurance, especially commercial and consumer insurance.
• Significant experience in regulated environments.
• Proven experience in a Compliance/ Control function.
• Experience dealing with senior executives or management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory rules and the ability to apply them.

Responsabilités

• Manage the Compliance Advisory team providing support and ensuring consistent standards.
• Ensure appropriate communication between Compliance Senior Leadership and Advisory Team.
• Develop the team by providing growth opportunities and regular feedback.
• Oversee/manage training needs of the team in technical and soft skills.
• Act as a trusted adviser, building strong relationships with the business.
• Oversee the advice, challenge, and oversight from the Compliance Advisory Team.
