Fixed Term Contract – 12 months

We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated Administrator to join our Compliance Assurance Team. You will work collaboratively across various service areas, supporting and challenging service providers to ensure high-quality services are delivered consistently.

The role

The Compliance Administrator will be part of the Compliance Assurance Team, responsible for obtaining and ensuring that all statutory compliance requirements related to properties used for our residents are met.

On a daily basis, you will liaise with managing agents, requesting and following up on compliance documentation related to properties. These will be checked and verified before approval for use, playing an integral role in our property onboarding procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with all H&S legislation.

You will work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues across the organization to meet all compliance requirements, including following escalation procedures and ensuring adherence to our Provider Performance Management Framework (PPMF).

You will handle enquiries from providers via telephone and email, assisting team members and providers with property/document-related queries.

About you

You will have:

  • Experience working with external stakeholders and building relationships
  • Experience managing multiple contracts with service providers to deliver positive outcomes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Good numeracy and IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Office suite
