Job description

A fantastic new opportunity has become available for a well-established company based in the Dudley area for an experienced Compliance Administrator. The successful candidate will handle all aspects of business compliance, including supplier and customer documentation, and support staff at all levels to ensure compliance checks are completed.

The main focus of the role is to improve and document business processes to maintain ISO9001 accreditation and support surveillance and audit planning.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Update information in the Quality Management System (QMS) and maintain ISO9001 approval and audit readiness.
  2. Coordinate with the business to request outstanding information from clients and third parties, and update systems accordingly.
  3. Assist with new business initiatives and growth projects.
  4. Maintain registers such as site visitors, gifts and hospitality, GDPR compliance, development and training plans, and risk registers.
  5. Respond to ad hoc queries, including product data sheets, certificates of conformity, delivery notes, material certificates, and full product/process traceability.
  6. Manage non-conformance reports (NCR), quality issues, 8D reporting, and corrective actions.
  7. Perform administrative tasks supporting office processes and cover holiday/sickness leave when needed.
  8. Conduct research and assist with compliance projects.
