Job description

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team at our Head Office in The Mailbox, Birmingham.

In this role, you will work closely with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Team to support compliance processes and documentation within our organisation. If you have an eye for detail, a strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering regulations, and the desire to contribute to an evolving compliance environment, we want to hear from you!

What We'll Need You To Do
  • Assist in monitoring compliance of our Galleries and E-commerce teams with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures and ensure any issues are promptly addressed.
  • Provide guidance across our company with AML compliance queries.
  • Conduct research to assist in client due diligence processes.
  • Help document and maintain compliance procedures.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance systems and processes.
  • Support the development and monitoring of compliance processes in other areas such as GDPR and Data Protection.
  • Assist with the administration of our collaborative Project Management platform.
  • Take on any additional ad-hoc duties as required.
