The role involves 24/7 coverage, complex needs, school transport, community outings, and working across two sites with a team of 8 currently.

You will require a full UK driving licence and be a non-smoker. We offer full-time, part-time or bank hours with waking night, day shifts; typical weekday

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a full UK Driving Licence.
• Willingness to work 24/7 with care duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for an individual with acquired neurological damage in their own home.
• Work as part of a team to deliver high quality care and support.
• Cover 24/7 shifts, including nights, days and sleep shifts as required.
• Support independence and daily living activities in line with care plans.
