Job summary

Cardiff Council is recruiting for multiple posts in our Complex Needs Service within the Cardiff Councils Supported Accommodation Service. Successful candidates will work 3 shifts per week (8am-8pm) on a rolling rota including bank holidays and weekends.

Role involves managing a supported accommodation unit, housing management, day-to-day running, and engaging with residents. Welsh language ability to Level 3 - Intermediate is desirable; applications in English or Welsh are welcome.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of working with people with complex behaviours.
• Ability to foster positive relationships.
• Welsh language ability to Level 3 – Intermediate is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a supported accommodation unit, including building management.
• Oversee housing management and day‑to‑day running of the service.
• Engage with residents to support their needs.
