Cyngor Caerdydd/Cardiff Council invites applications for a part-time position within Cardiff Day Service, aimed at supporting adults with learning disabilities. The role requires working in a team, following support plans, and recording accurate details of services provided.
The successful candidate will possess experience working with individuals with complex needs, demonstrate flexibility, and offer person-centered support, as well as holding a full valid driving license and access to a car for work.
Cardiff Day Service is a specialist Day Service that provides support to adults with a learning disability who have complex support needs. People are supported by the service to access a wide range of valued activities and opportunities within the local community to meet their identified outcomes.
The successful applicant will work as part of an established team supporting adults with a learning disability and complex needs to access day time opportunities. The role requires the post holder to work individually and as part of a team to follow detailed support plans, contribute to the plans and provide accurate recording.
