Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group in London, Leeds and Edinburgh are hiring a Complex Implementation Associate to help onboard and implement some of the bank’s largest Transaction Banking clients. The role blends client delivery with cross‑functional collaboration in a hybrid environment, requiring strong banking knowledge and stakeholder management.

You’ll work with internal and external partners to understand requirements, coordinate activities and ensure successful delivery of complex banking solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong banking experience in Commercial/Business Banking or related areas.
• Proven experience working with internal and external stakeholders across teams.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to build and maintain a broad stakeholder network within a large organisation.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex requirements.
• Proactive, client-focused and accountable approach.
