Lloyds Banking Group in London, Leeds and Edinburgh are hiring a Complex Implementation Associate to help onboard and implement some of the bank’s largest Transaction Banking clients. The role blends client delivery with cross‑functional collaboration in a hybrid environment, requiring strong banking knowledge and stakeholder management.

You’ll work with internal and external partners to understand requirements, coordinate activities and ensure successful delivery of complex banking solutions.

• Strong banking experience in Commercial/Business Banking or related areas.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have developed strong banking knowledge and client-facing skills through experience in areas such as Retail and Commercial Banking, Sales Support or high-value relationship management, and who are looking to take the next step into a more complex client and delivery environment.
