Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Banking Management Consultant to support major client engagements across London, Manchester and Edinburgh. The role focuses on delivering tech-enabled transformations in commercial and retail banking while leading diverse teams and managing complex programs.

You will work with senior stakeholders, develop industry insights, and apply cutting-edge technologies to drive value. Flexible onsite presence across the UK and Ireland is required.

Qualifications

• Broad understanding of Commercial or Retail Banking, including core processes and related tech.
• Strong client-facing experience and ability to build relationships.
• Experience leading diverse teams in complex strategy engagements.
• Understanding of emerging technology trends (Big Data, API, AI, Microservices, Blockchain, Cloud).
• Experience with M&A/Integrations.
• Consulting experience and willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, planning, risk tracking, and status reporting for projects.
• Mobilise teams and resources, assigning individuals to client projects.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders in technology and business spaces.
• Develop industry knowledge to make implementation-focused recommendations.
• Lead diverse teams and coach practitioners to deliver high-quality outputs.
