Lloyds Banking Group in London seeks a Transaction Structuring professional within Transaction Banking Solutions to support structuring and execution of transactions across trade and payments, engage clients, and collaborate with credit teams.

You’ll assist senior colleagues, build relationships with internal and external partners, identify cross-sell opportunities, and help ensure compliance with policy while contributing to P&L targets.

Qualifications

• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
• Some experience or exposure to trade and capital products is beneficial; willingness to learn about structuring across receivables financing, supply chain finance, inventory finance, traditional trade, structured trade, asset finance, ECA, and Invoice Finance.
• Ability to undertake data analysis and financial modelling, and to interpret financial and non-financial information to identify key issues and put in place appropriate actions, controls and measures.
• An effective communicator with ability to communicate sophisticated topics and influence across peer groups or seniors respectively.

Responsibilities

• Assisting senior colleagues in managing a portfolio of existing clients and supporting the delivery of P&L targets.
• Assisting in structuring and execution of transactions, including client engagement, credit discussions, legal negotiations, and completion.
• Creation of Product Papers (credit memos) and engagement with the credit teams to support approval of new/renewal of facilities.
• Helping with the execution of Transaction Banking Solutions products across trade and payments.
• Building relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including professional advisors.
• Identifying cross-sell opportunities and connecting clients with relevant TBS product specialists.
• Ensuring compliance with group policy and regulatory requirements and mitigating commercial risks.
