Job summary

Lloyds is seeking an Analyst to modernise the Transaction Banking Implementation team, using AI and automation to streamline onboarding and delivery for the Bank’s largest clients. You will apply Copilot Studio, Power Automate and Power Apps to reduce manual work and boost productivity across the team.

The role combines analytical problem-solving with hands-on tech, translating opportunities into scalable, practical solutions while managing stakeholders across business and tech teams.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365 productivity tools.
• Experience applying generative AI to business processes or workflows.
• Experience creating MI, dashboards and data visualisations.
• Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools such as Copilot Studio, Power Automate and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve existing ways of working and translate them into practical, scalable solutions.
• Support onboarding of the Bank’s largest and most complex clients.
• Use tools like Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate and Power Apps to simplify processes, reduce manual effort and improve productivity.
