Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group seeks a dedicated support worker to join a 2:1 care team in Lowestoft. You will support an adult living at home with tracheostomy and PEG feeding, building a trusting relationship with the client and family.

Role involves day and night shifts, monitoring health, assisting with daily activities, and providing companionship within a compassionate team. Training is provided for specialist care needs.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for care and making a difference.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient and empathetic, with a reliable approach.
• Experience in complex care is welcome but not essential, full training provided.
