Job summary

City & County Healthcare Group, via AGH, is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Support Worker to assist Nic who has complex health needs, including ventilation, PEG feeding, and tracheostomy, at home and in the community. You will help run her household and participate in activities such as watching horse racing and football (Sunderland fan).

You will deliver person-centred care, promote independence, and support clinical professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care or similar clinical settings (preferred).
• Competency or willingness to be trained in tracheostomy and PEG care.
• Reliability, patience, and a person-centred approach.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well within a team and family environment.
