TipTopJob in Sunningdale, Ascot is seeking a compassionate Female Support Worker to provide one-to-one care for a delighted young girl with complex medical needs, including tracheostomy care and PEG feeding. • Compassionate, dedicated and enthusiastic female support worker.
• Experience with complex paediatric care and clinical support.
• Full specialist training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day care including tracheostomy care and PEG feeding.
• Support communication using PECS, Makaton and AAC devices.
• Encourage play, learning and social engagement.
• Support speech and language therapy programmes.
• Accompany client to school, appointments and outings.
• Work with parents, therapists and other staff to ensure consistent support.
• Contribute to a positive, nurturing home environment.
