Libertatem Healthcare Group in Lowestoft is seeking a dedicated support worker to assist an adult with complex care needs at home. You will join a 2:1 care team, support daily routines, monitor health, and provide companionship with sensitivity and patience.

Full training in tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and related support will be provided. The role requires compassionate, reliable individuals who can work independently and as part of a team within a supportive, values-driven organisation.

Qualifications

• Solid background in care with compassionate, reliable and patient nature.
• Full training provided in tracheostomy care and PEG feeding.
• Experience in complex care is welcome but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
