Libertatem Healthcare Group in Lowestoft is seeking a dedicated support worker to assist an adult with complex needs at home. The role involves 2:1 care, daily routines, medication monitoring, and providing companionship.

Full training in tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and related support will be provided. Flexibility, reliability, and a genuine passion for care are essential as is the ability to work independently and within a team.

Qualifications

• You’ll have a solid background in care and be compassionate and reliable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience in complex care and managing challenging behaviours is valued.
