Job summary
Coyle Homecare is looking for experienced Complex Carers to provide essential care in Farnham, Surrey. The role offers competitive pay rates of £16.00 - £20.00 per hour, with shifts available during the day and night. Ideal candidates will have experience in complex care, including tracheostomy care and management of severe medical needs.

Qualifications
- Experience in complex care, community care, ICU, rehabilitation, or similar settings.
- Calm and proactive approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary care team.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred complex care within the home environment.
- Deliver cuff tracheostomy care including suctioning and airway monitoring.
- Administer JEJ feeds, medications, and water flushes safely.
- Support PEG venting and monitor reflux.
- Assist with personal care and skin integrity checks.
- Use hoists and specialist equipment safely.
- Maintain accurate records and escalate concerns appropriately.
