Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a Complex Care Support Worker to provide person-centred support for clients with complex health needs in home settings across the West Midlands. You will deliver tailored personal care, support daily living activities, and coordinate with care teams to ensure safety and comfort.

The role offers a zero-hours contract with shifts including 12-hour day/night patterns. Travel across packages may be required, with accommodation provided where travel is not practical.

Qualifications

  • Full UK Driving Licence is required.
  • Experience in complex care is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Calm, compassionate and professional approach.
  • Level 2 Health & Social Care or above desirable.
