Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a Complex Care Support Worker to provide compassionate, person-centred support in clients' homes across the West Midlands. A Full UK Driving Licence is required, and you will join a dedicated team delivering tailored care to people with complex health needs.

You will perform personal care, promote independence and work with Care Managers and clinical staff to ensure continuity and safety. Flexible shifts, full training in specialist complex care will be provided.
