Job summary

SeeMeHired.com is seeking a dedicated Complex Care Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred care to adults and children in the community.

You will deliver sophisticated clinical care, including PEG feeding, tracheostomy care and ventilator management, while supporting daily living skills and collaborating with families and MDTs.

This role requires a compassionate, resilient approach and a commitment to enabling clients to live independently at home.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in a Complex Care role with adults or children.
• Competent in clinical skills such as tracheostomy care, PEG feeding and ventilator management.
• Experience using digital care planning systems.
• Excellent communication with a calm, resilient attitude.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality complex clinical care, including PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, ventilator management.
• Support daily living skills to promote independence and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate digital care plans, risk assessments and incident reports.
• Collaborate with families, carers and MDTs to ensure safe, effective care.
