Job summary

Marva Group Ltd in Trowbridge is seeking a Complex Care Support Worker to deliver high‑quality clinical care for adults and children with complex health needs, helping them live independently at home.

You will join a supportive team, with guaranteed hours, ongoing training, and clear career progression. Relevant experience (12 months+ in complex care), PEG feeding, ventilator management, tracheostomy care and a valid UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months' experience in a Complex Care role with adults or children.
• Proven competency in PEG feeding, tracheostomy care and ventilator management.
• Proficient in digital care planning systems and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality clinical care and daily living support to promote independence.
• Maintaining accurate digital care plans and risk/incident reporting.
• Collaborating with families, carers and MDTs to ensure safe care.
