Job summary

SeeMeHired.com is seeking a Complex Care Support Worker to deliver high-quality clinical care and daily living support for adults and children with complex health needs in the community.

You will use digital care planning systems, collaborate with families and MDTs, and maintain thorough care documentation while advancing your clinical skills through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in a Complex Care role (adults or children).
• Competency in clinical skills such as tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and ventilator management.
• Confidence in using digital care planning systems.
• Excellent communication skills with a calm, resilient and professional attitude.
• A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Adults or Children).
• Current First Aid training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care including PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, ventilator management, spinal injury support, and oxygen therapy.
• Support daily living skills to promote independence and well-being.

About the role

Your Responsibilities as a Complex Care Worker
