Job summary

360 Care Group is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to lead our Candidate Consultant team, delivering a robust pipeline of care professionals across CAMHS, Adult Supported Living and Physical Complex Care.

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will manage candidate attraction, screening, onboarding support and the conversion of agency workers into our directly employed bank workforce, while upholding safer recruitment standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading recruitment or candidate management teams.
• Ability to translate staffing needs into recruitment priorities and action plans.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability.
• Experience with recruitment data reporting and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Forecast staffing demand with Care Management to deliver targeted recruitment plans.
• Oversee candidate sourcing, screening and onboarding for the bank workforce.
• Drive conversion of agency workers to directly employed staff.
• Provide reporting on pipelines, KPIs, and time-to-shift.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure compliance with safeguarding and DBS checks.
