Qualifications

• Social care recruitment experience: at least six months in social care recruitment.
• Understanding of domiciliary care and its challenges.
• Excellent communication skills across phone, Teams and social platforms.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple vacancies.
• Attention to detail; maintain accurate records and documents.
• IT skills: Word, Excel and ATS knowledge.
• Proactive mindset; take initiative and follow through.
• Relationship-building with candidates and colleagues.
• Resilience to adapt to changing priorities.
• Team-oriented and capable of working independently.
• Genuine passion for care and safeguarding people.

Responsibilities

• Find and attract great people by managing the recruitment journey from posting vacancies to onboarding.
• Build a healthy candidate pipeline through job boards, referrals and networks.
• Screen applications and conduct interviews (telephone/online).
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment files.
• Ensure compliance and keep records secure and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with colleagues and partners to attract and hire effectively.
