Cornerstone is looking for compassionate Complex Care Practitioners to support eight individuals in their own homes in Scotland. Roles involve flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and sleepovers, with full training and ongoing support available.

You will help people to live independently, participate in activities, and manage daily living tasks while working as part of #TeamBaxterView. Training academy and progression opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• You don't need a perfect CV or years of experience, just the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support eight individuals to live independently in their own homes.
• Provide around-the-clock support including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and sleepovers.
• Help with everyday tasks, social activities, and community engagement.
