Cornerstone is hiring a Support Practitioner in Dunfermline to join our compassionate team supporting four ladies with complex needs in a shared home. We offer part-time and relief shifts, with training provided to all successful applicants.

You'll help residents with daily activities, meals and personal goals while building trusting relationships. Shift patterns include 24/7 coverage with sleepovers and varying hours; a supportive team and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Caring, patient and compassionate ethos essential.
• Willingness to learn and undergo training.
• Good communication and teamwork required.
• Organised, reliable and comfortable using basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Support four residents with profound and complex needs in their shared home.
• Build meaningful relationships and support independence and daily activities.
• Assist with meals, personal goals and chosen activities.
• Engage residents in arts, crafts and outings as appropriate.
