Job summary
Libertatem Healthcare Group seeks a dedicated Complex Care Assistant to support a young client in Bradford with complex healthcare needs. This role involves home and community-based care, helping promote independence, comfort, safety, and wellbeing.
You will provide personal care, support with mobility, manage clinical needs, and administer medications as trained. The position includes Saturday shifts and on-going clinical support in a compassionate team environment.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting individuals with complex healthcare needs.
- Comfort with enteral feeding, NIV, cough assist, nebuliser care, chest physiotherapy and medication administration.
Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and daily living support.
- Assisting with mobility and positioning.
- Supporting clinical and complex healthcare needs.
- Administering medication as trained and authorised.
- Monitoring wellbeing and escalating concerns appropriately.
- Supporting community access, leisure activities, and family outings.
- Building positive relationships with the client and family.
