Cornerstone Community Care is seeking compassionate Complex Care Practitioners to support eight individuals to live happy, independent lives in their own homes across the Dumbarton area.

We offer up to 39 hours per week with relief opportunities available, full training and ongoing support to help you grow into a confident practitioner. Expect varied shifts including early mornings and weekends as part of a flexible rota.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required; right attitude and caring nature.
• Willingness to learn and develop through training.

Responsibilities

• Support eight individuals to live independently in their own homes.
• Provide 24/7 support including early mornings, evenings, weekends and sleepovers.
• Complete required training with the team.
