Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland in Mauchline is recruiting Complex Needs Practitioners to provide 1:1 and on-site support in a 24/7 housing project. The role involves helping people live independently, assisting with medication, personal care, meals and daily tasks.

We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds; no prior care experience required as we value transferrable skills and will fund SVQ Level 2 training in Health and Social Care.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; we recruit on values and transferrable skills.
• Fully funded SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care training offered.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to live independently in their own homes.
• Assist with medication, general housework, meal preparation and personal care.
• Provide social support within the service and accompany individuals to hobbies/events.
• Participate in activities at home and in the community.
