Independent Community Care Management, part of CCH, is hiring in Leicester for a care role supporting a non-verbal young gentleman with complex clinical needs. You will provide personal care, food and medication prep, and assist with moving and handling in a 2:1 package.
Training is provided and DBS clearance is funded. Full training and paid induction are offered, with opportunities for career progression within the group and family-friendly policies including enhanced leave for life events.

You will be looking after a non-verbal young gentleman with very complex clinical needs. In this 2:1 package of care, this can range from providing personal care, food and medication preparation and administration, specialist moving and handling and regular oral suctioning due to a high aspiration risk.
