Job summary
Independent Community Care Management Limited is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to support a non-verbal young gentleman with very complex clinical needs in Leicester, England. This role involves personal care, preparing meals and medications, and assisting with moving and handling requirements, including oral suctioning where needed.
The ideal candidate will have experience with medication administration and moving & handling equipment.

- Experience in the following clinical skills are essential prior to being selected for an interview.

You will be looking after a non-verbal young gentleman with very complex clinical needs. In this 2:1 package of care, this can range from providing personal care, food and medication preparation and administration, specialist moving and handling and regular oral suctioning due to a high aspiration risk.
Experience in the following clinical skills are essential prior to being selected for an interview:
- Medication Administration
- Moving & Handling Equipment (Postural Support, Sleep Systems, Hoist, Manual Wheelchair)
